Concern

A concern is a matter of interest or importance to a stakeholder.

When a guy goes fishing his concerns are to buy bait, fuel the boat, find a good spot and catch fish. Fishing inspector’s concerns are that the guy has a vailid fishing license and catches fish in accordance with the fishing regulations. And the wife’s concerns are how much and what kind of fish the guy catches.
